How to park

Park with app

Pay for your parking or electric car charging quickly and conveniently from your car with the Mobill Parkering app! You can choose between paying by invoice or card. Pay only for the time you use. Autostop ends the parking for you should you forget it.

All you need to do is download Mobill Parkering, register and start parking!

Download the app and start it. You can choose between paying by invoice or card. Alternatively, register here at Mobill.se

Select parking area in the "Find" tab, select auto stop time by dragging the slider left on the time axis. In some parking areas, you can choose a long-term ticket. Then select vehicle then click on "Start parking" to confirm start. Be sure to check that you have selected the correct area code and registration number. You can find the current area code on signs or stickers within the area.

When you are finished, open the Mobile Parking app and click on your ongoing parking in the "In Progress" tab, then press "End Parking". We calculate the exact cost for the time you have parked and use the lowest available price for the zone.

If you should forget to stop your parking, the built-in Autostop function will end your parking after the Autostop time you selected.

To change the stop time for an ongoing parking ticket, open the Mobill Parking app and click on your current parking in the "Ongoing" tab, then press "Change stop time", then choose a new stop time.

Automatic reminder that your parking will end soon (default 15 minutes). Additional reminder when your parking is automatically stopped.

Charge with app

Pay for your EV charge quickly and conveniently from your car with the Mobill Parkering app! You can choose between paying by invoice or card. Pay only for the electricity you use.

All you have to do is download the app, register and start charging!

Download the app and launch it. You can choose between paying by invoice or card. You can also register your account here at Mobill.se

Start by selecting the area in the "Find" tab, then select the charging socket. Then you select the vehicle and then press start electric car charging to confirm the start of charging.

If charging does not start, unplug and plug in the cable and try again, if the error persists try another charging station. Also check that you have selected the correct withdrawal and that you have a valid payment method. For error reporting regarding charging stations, contact the owner of the charging socket.

When you don't want to charge anymore, open the app and go to "In progress" and press the exit button to end charging, or exit by pulling the charging cable out of the car. Now the money is deducted for the charge and you only pay for the electricity you have charged.

SMS Parking

Park using any mobile phone! Send simple SMS commands to order parking and get a reminder SMS so you can extend it.

  • Type ZONE REGISTRATIONNUMBER DURATION
  • Add a space after ZONE and after REGISTRATIONNUMBER
  • Send to 0700-86 11 00.
    For example: 401 ABC123 2h
  • Look for the zone number on signs or stickers, or find in our city-specific pages below.
  • Enter your registration number with no spaces.
  • For duration in hours add the number with h e.g. 2h 6h
  • For a duration in minutes, add m, e.g. 25m 45m 90m
  • To park for a day (24 hours from point of order), add d, e.g. 1d 5d
  • If you forget duration, the default is normally 1 hour.
  • It is also possible to start the car park by writing ZONE REGISTRATION NUMBER START. Parking normally ends after one day, but you can end it early by sending ZONE REGISTRATION NUMBER STOP.
  • Start as above; we will send you an invitation to register.
  • Reply with your Personnummer to register and pay by invoice.
  • Alternatively, register here at Mobill.se, where you can also add a payment card.
  • Send your SMS parking order again, in the same format.
  • A reminder SMS tells you when the parking session is about to end.
  • Send another parking order in the same format.
  • Your parking session is extended by the requested duration.
  • We automatically charge the best rate available for the whole time.
No need to do anything – just ignore the reminder and let the session end.

If you have started the parking by sending ZONE REGISTRATION NUMBER START, you can end it early by sending ZONE REGISTRATION NUMBER STOP

Payment

We create your first invoice on the 16th of the month after you use the service for the first time. After that, we invoice monthly.

We send the invoice by regular mail to your registered address. You can also choose to have the invoice sent via SMS or by email in the app or on My pages

It is also possible to pay the invoice with Paypal: Follow the instructions at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/mobillparkering and don't forget to enter the invoice number when paying.

To pay the invoice with Swish: Use Swish number 123 061 90 23 and don't forget to enter the invoice number when paying.

Add a card in Payment information in the app, or log in here at Mobill.se and add your card. The selected payment method at the start of parking/charging applies to that transaction.
